I CORRUPT ALL COPS

During the time when Hong Kong was under British colonial rule, there was once a dark age where corruption and bribery were the order of the day. Leading the corrupt practices, Senior Inspector Lak (Tony Leung) takes charge of an organized system that allows police officers of all ranks to take bribes from all businesses. While Unicorn (Anthony Wong), Lak's subordinate, is making scapegoats out of innocent civilians at times with serious crimes to help him finish the task of faking crime reports. To end this rampant corruption, the British establishes the Independent Commission against Corruption (ICAC) to take down corrupted cops. Now the war between both sides will decide the fate of Hong Kong.
